Equis Consulting

I have worked both personally and professionally with their consultant, Tom- and briefly with Ron on various projects. Their team is top-notch for leadership consulting, both for individuals and companies. As a company, we have worked with Tom on a number of leadership workshop series. Tom assessed our team-specific needs to design his content in order to provide relevant and impactful information. We continue to work with Tom on our leadership development company-wide. Personally, Tom and I have worked on assessing my needs as a growing professional, how to navigate challenges I may face based on those assessments, and how to lay the groundwork for a success career.
