My world was shrinking. I heard the words: “Change the stories you tell yourself.” But I couldn’t. I understood them, but hadn’t truly known. A quiet room in Eugene, Heather knitting by the soft light, rain whispering outside on a Sunday in March 2025 is when I learned my world wasn’t shrinking; I was shedding what I didn’t need. I am now a bird-watcher, a painter, a baker, a yogi and I have just begun. EPIC held the space with care, presence, and safety, and I am profoundly grateful.

Nina was my facilitator, and she is truly excellent. Her confidence and humorous personality made everything feel comfortable. A true 10/10 experience top to bottom.

I completed a multi-hour session with Jennifer Dziubanek at EPIC Healing in Eugene last month. I have to say that this was one of the most rewarding and fruitful experiences I have ever had in my 44 years on this planet. I released years of childhood pain in that session and feel fundamentally different as a human being after the fact.
