I purchased software that did not work for my situation. I give them a 4 for not knowing about the software problem, however I give them 5 stars for the tech support that resolved the issue and that they stood behind the product and refunded my money. Good communications.

The ESS team was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions we had in both the planning and implementation phases of our migration to Office 365. I asked many questions during the process and both the sales rep and system engineer were always happy to answer with any information they could provide. In addition to a smooth migration, ESS was available for questions and minor issues that occurred post migration-in other words, they stood behind the work they performed. Last thing, I found ESS through a YouTube video I watched online and it seemed like the person in the video was very knowledgeable on what he was talking about.
