Working with Express Info has been awesome. Their team really knows ERP inside and out....whether it being Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics. They can make the super complicated feel easy. What stands out most is how much they care about their customers. They’re quick to respond, very easy to work with and always focused on helping. The quality of their work is top class. It’s hard to find a partner that’s both super knowledgeable and genuinely service oriented. Express Info nails it!

Dale Schlagel of Express Info Sys. took the time to research compatibility of a 2010 System we currently utilize and need to deploy on a Win 10 environment. The task at hand featured SP's that were no longer in use, unsupported MS software and Dale expertly identified installation hurdles. The install was a tedious (to say the least) process but Dale provided friendly professional service every step of the way. He even provided a follow up consult to verify functionality. I can not thank him enough.

The story of Over Promising and Under Delivering. Express made all kinds of promises and guarantees when we were in the consideration stage for new software. All kinds of great features were shown us, and the way their financial software linked with the CRM software was great. Unfortunately they DIDN'T Deliver. After being billed literally THOUSANDS of dollars for countless hours while they tried to figure out how to make difference areas of the software work, we finally gave up. We are now left with very expensive software that is barely functional. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF FALLING FOR THEIR FANCY SALES PITCH - Look at your copy of the contract - the promise absolutely nothing on paper so you have nothing to go back to when the project is done. We are a local business and I honestly have never felt so ripped of by another San Antonio business. We operate using a Win-Win ethos will all our business partners but Express operates on a 'Take as much $$ as we can before they kick us out'. Example: Express came in and tested our server before we signed the contract - they sent a tech to our facility to check out we had all the software, memory etc needed. After confirming everything was fine, on the day of the install they decided we actually needed to purchase additional software FROM THEM of course - just a FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS plus an annual support plan.. What a joke - this was the story of the entire process. Every time they couldn't figure something out the answer was either "Buy more software" or its not really designed to work like that... You'd be far better off looking else where - Express Information Systems are sharks waiting to sink their teeth into the next sucker who comes along. Don't let it be you.
