Matt Silberstein, their Managing Director, responded promptly, visited with Dalton, and quickly diagnosed the issue: my extenders were wirelessly “talking” to each other, creating inefficiencies. His solution involved high-grade “resi-mercial” equipment, hardwiring access points, and direct wired connections to my study and my son’s gaming system. Zach Daniels, the lead installer, is an outstanding craftsman — precise, neat, and meticulous. Over two days he completed the majority of the wiring, with Jacob assisting on the second day, and the recessed ceiling access points look perfect. (See photos for the recessed access points and neat wiring work.) After fine-tuning to resolve interference issues, Matt returned personally to test the system. The result? Stable, fast internet in every corner of my home. The investment was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I chose Elite Automation to provide a tailored home automation solution covering security, wifi, and audio / visual for our new (to us) home. They took a first principles approach, starting with an updated cabling solution that supported current and foreseeable applications for our property. We had a central vacuum installed into our home and Elite Automation was absolutely amazing. The installation went so smoothly and the employees were very nice and thoughtful. The vacuum is Awesome!! I love that you cannot smell anything after vacuuming, and the strength of system has decreased the dust in my house. I love that you can hear and feel the dirt coming out of your carpet. Henri and the team at Elite Automation just finished up a project to expand our audio in our back yard. What an incredible job they did! They are always on top of the latest technology! While they were there we got upgraded to be able to control our entire home from our phones! Great experience and Great team!
