Super polite group. Great customer service and contrary to someone else's review they DO warranty repairs on personal Lenovos. Maybe not everything but definitely worth a try before mailing your PC in.

Jay was very helpful and even though I did not have time to get on a call with him to discuss IT issue, he was able to get it all sorted before i returned to my desk.
