Seeing my daughter thrive at Educational Resource Associates has been a joy to behold. From academically timid to brimming with confidence, my daughter’s transformation under their nurturing guidance has been truly remarkable. My own positive experiences as a young student and later for college prep made me choose them for my own daughter, and it’s clear I made the right decision. I cannot recommend these resources enough for anyone serious about getting into the IBEW. Like many applicants, I was extremely rusty on algebra and nervous about the strict time limits. This prep material didn’t just review the math; it mirrored the actual test format perfectly. The Algebra and Functions section was a lifesaver—it broke down complex polynomials and number series into steps that actually clicked. Most importantly, the timed practice tests helped me master the '1.5 minutes per question' pace, so I didn't panic during the real thing. We are so thankful for Judy and her wonderful staff. At the beginning of this school year our son was a grade level behind and labeled as an "at risk" student for reading according to the FAST testing done by the school. At the end of the year his final FAST test went up 36 points from his fall score. This is equivalent to being 2 grades ahead of where he should be!! Our son loves going to tutoring and working with Ryan. As parents we have seen his confidence rise and his enjoyment for reading thrive!
