Edge Technology has always been there for us when we need them! Just last week, Dylan contacted us about an email being hacked and he caught it before the hackers could get any information! All of the techs they send out are friendly, knowledgeable and really go the extra mile. We've had the pleasure of working with Da'Jour multiple times. Most recently he helped with an ethernet port, and he cleaned up what was a disaster of wires underneath our front lobby desk. The staff was thrilled! When you submit a ticket for service, they are very responsive and most of the time are able to come the same day! We've been very happy with their services and would recommend them to everybody.

The employees at Edge are professional, knowledgeable, and all-around great service providers. Our small business recently underwent a renovation, and we reached out to them to help move all of our technology into another room. Not only did they complete this in a very impressive timeframe, they upgraded our systems and were able to unearth the disaster that was our previous setup. We had a few problems initially, but these were fixed and Edge had someone onsite within an hour. They worked with our schedule and even completed the project outside of business hours for us. We will be using them for all of our IT needs!

Before Edge, we worked with three different IT companies for a 13 year period, always with some small frustrations here and there. Edge is so ethical, customer focused, and knowledgeable that we never worry about IT anymore. What made me write this review, is that Edge actually let me down last week. It had never happened before, so I was so surprised. Well, I now know how it looks when a true superstar company makes a mistake... When the manager learned about the problem, he immediately came to my office and apologized so much that I really felt sorry for him. He actually took our issues more seriously than I did! He took full responsibility and then found and installed the custom software that fixed the problem the same day. I wish the people at Edge could give seminars to our other vendor on how to deliver excellence and top level customer service!
