The full extent of this program was not properly explained to me by the "recruiter". It involves much more "hands on" work than I wanted, or was able to provide. I realized this pretty quickly after my second coach began to work with me. My first coach was worthless and was apparently fired. Since they guarantee their program, I requested a refund in August of 2023. I was told through email they wanted to set a meeting with Admin to process my request. The meeting turned out to be Alberto (the owner) trying to convince me to stay. I let him know this is not what I thought it was and was not a program I wished to continue. Today is April 16, 2024. I have yet to receive a refund, even after numerous emails. I have tried calling the two numbers I have found online and both are disconnected. It should not take 8 months to get a refund. Even after all this time, no refund in sight. UPDATE: Today us June 3, 2024 and still no refund or response.

Alberto Riehl and Ryan Unrau overcommitted on what they guaranteed me for appointments so I asked for a a refund multiple times over and over to be joked by Alberto and then Ghosted Alberto and Ryan. Please send my refund Alberto and others please let me know where else to report these online fraudsters.

I joined Alberto's group about 9 months ago and it has made a huge difference in my business. His program has improved my life insurance sales several times over and has allowed me to have access to a steady stream of leads that gives me piece of mind.
