Doctech - Managed IT and Print Services

We purchased a gently used copier from Doctech and could not be more satisfied. We have worked with them for years and they still exceed my expectations. Friendly and engaging staff, professional installation and service, and knowledgeable customer service. Keep up the good work!!

Nathan and his partner were wonderful. They came to our office and were on-time, professional, and patient. We needed a fax line and additional IT assistance and they were more than happy to help us out. We look forward to working with them as this has already been a great experience.

Nathan and Zac came to install a printer and were so kind and friendly! We got lucky and were able to sign a contract yesterday and get our device 6 days early!! (Next day service!) I know that isn't common, but this has already been a tremendous experience and I am looking forward to working with Doctech!

Phil Polski and Julie Diercks are both extremely professional, kind, and very knowledgeable on all the products. They will go out of the way to give you information to help you, find time to make the customer happy, and not sell you things you do not need. They want the best for their customers. I highly recommend Document Technologies. I love working with them! :)
