I'm a landscaping contractor that did some work for these guys. To keep it simple they're response to me was not professional by any means. Utter disrespect and zero accountability. I reported the site manager to his boss. After doing some research I see that DMK development is a very successful construction business. The language and behavior that was displayed to me from their ground level staff was completely unacceptable. I wish it was like the old days where we can handle things in the backyard if you know what I mean. But it's not eventually I got paid but due to the argument with me and the site foreman my check was delayed by 2 weeks.

I highly recommend working with this company. Their team was fantastic to work with and ensured to be extremely efficient. We have partnered with DMK Development Group on several projects and will continue to do so, as we have had nothing but positive experiences! Thank you, DMK team!

Took more than 120 days to pay an average invoice for our services and even held a 10% retainer when we did snowplowing for them. Totally on organized and no one ever returns phone calls
