Dry Fly Distilling has been supremely happy with the services provided by DigiTimber. The customer service team is beyond patient with those of us with limited tech knowledge who ask the same question more than once!

We provide an Electronic Medical Records system to long-term care facilities caring for the elderly and disabled. They consider our system a mission critical application service. While we had been with our previous supplier for over 15 years, we began experiencing unexplained downtimes without their support center’s knowledge despite assurance of full-time monitoring. Making matters worse, this began to seriously affect our customers and resulted in our losing long-time customers. Service issues included: a. Failure to notify us regarding outages. There were times they did not even know there was an outage. b. Multiple layers of support to navigate resulting in extended customer down times. c. Sales team was slow in responding to new server configuration requests and requirements definition. As a result, we reached out to Russ to evaluate DigiTimber’s services and support. The DigiTimber team collaborated with us throughout the evaluation process and answered every question quickly and thoroughly. They recommended configurations, co-location options, security, and backup processes, and processes to ensure our cutover was quick, easy, and successful. Russ personally set up our support and application transfer processes before beginning the cutover, including our internal email, processes, SSL Certificate and more. As a result, we were able to fully evaluate our entire application prior to cutover thereby ensuring a successful cutover for our customers. Russ set up our transition processes to transfer our entire application and other services quickly and easily from our previous provider to the DigiTimber servers. When we were ready, the process literally took minutes, and our customers were back up and running. The DigiTimber team also assisted in getting all our automated daily and monthly processes transferred, including setting up automatic email notifications to our staff regarding all successful process completions. Prior to beginning our cutover process, we sent advance notifications to our customers regarding the scheduled date and time for our cutover. To our amazement, some customers shared with me that they did not even notice that we had completed the cutover! From an IT standpoint, this is how we define SUCCESS! I am proud to recommend DigiTimber to all IT Professionals looking to significantly improve their website, email, internal processes, and application system hosting services. While DigiTimber provides IT services for much larger companies, they also are able to provide excellent services for my 2-person business, and I feel very well taken care of, and never overlooked or not well served because my business is very small. They provide more security and maintenance services for my software and hardware systems than I understand, but they are also willing to answer questions and put things into language that I do understand when I have questions or issues. I appreciate them so much.

I'm sorry I have not written a review long ago for this wonderful Spokane based company. My previous hosting company closed and my business was shifted over to Digitimber. The folks at Digitimber are responsive and super friendly. Every request I've had has been taken care of within hours. Like most, I am extremely busy and Digitimber always responds with, "No worries, will take care of it" Highly recommend!
