From the very beginning of my contract, Mahammad Sadhik has exemplified the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues I encounter are resolved quickly and effectively. When discrepancies in timesheets arise, he advocates on my behalf, holding DHS management accountable and ensuring that every hour I’ve worked is properly recognized and compensated. This level of support reflects his strong respect for the value of my work and the risks involved in this position. His communication is exemplary. Mahammad’s response times are nearly immediate, and when delays are unavoidable (for example, his attending a staff meeting at Denken later that day), he provides timely updates and notifies me beforehand so I am not left unanswered or in limbo. His documentation and organizational skills are impeccable, giving me confidence that all information and supporting documents are properly managed and reach appropriate personnel. It is because of his dedication and reliability that I feel fully supported despite working for an agency based in California while working across the country in NYC. He is an invaluable member of the company, and his efforts directly contribute to the trust and confidence I have in continuing my work under this contract.
