Today I got sent a letter from Colorado Community Health Alliance with a survey attached asking how they could serve my better. Farther down the letter they go on to explain they'll be using DataStat (an independent research firm) to help conduct the survey....LOLOLOL. You both are joking right? There are 38 questions, and they ask about my personal doctor, health plan, counseling and mental health treatment, and "about me." After reading through all of them they are quite basic questions that don't ask for much detail, but you think I'm geriatric and easily fooled or what? Numerous data firms that my provider use ( and CCHA ) were supposed to be secure but had data breaches because their CyberSec team sucks. So I ask, what makes you guys different? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. In the letter you claim my info will remain secure and anonymous and blah blah blah, but you can't back that up. I'm not giving you a chance to prove yourself. Don't send me another letter asking for a survey. I will not hesitate to call and give you a piece of my mind :) - Antonio Bresciani

They called 2 years in a row to do a survey for UPHP (health plan). The girl was very friendly, (I think it was the same girl both years in a row). I took the survey, which was clearly designed to gather anonymous information about peoples satisfaction with their choice of doctors, waiting room times, and prescription coverage. I see all the negative reviews on here and it seems like people think every caller is trying to scam them or steal their identity. Drama queens!

I also was harassed by the Senior Research Director of DataStat. I told them I did not wish to participate in their survey, and the Director argued with me over the phone to cram the survey's "meaning" down my throat. I hung up on them and they called back! They wasted many taxpayer paid man ours harassing me, and spent a great deal on postage also.

Harassed my girlfriend about completing a survey for her son multiple times would not leave her alone Very Bad company. Was extremely rude and pushy about completing survey over the phone to get information.

Bogus surveys. Surveys to harvest information. When I did not fill out the survey they wrote me a dozen more letters and then the phone calls began. PLEASE make Datastat go away!
