We have used D3V Technology Solutions at Cryptosoft Inc for over two years. We were looking for a development partner to help us design, implement and ultimately support a managed service for us. We selected them based on their knowledge on how to efficiently implement a kubernetes orchestrated solution on the Google Cloud. They created a beta of the offering for us in a timely manner, and ultimately a commercial version of our product which has been running with no issues in production since launch. D3V are now supporting our production GCP solution. We met these success milestones thanks to the open and highly collaborate nature of D3V. We were seeking a Google Cloud DevOps Expert to perform a Google AppEngine Infrastructure Analysis to resolve a scaling and latency issue. We had several detailed conversations via chat with D3V about the project requirements and then after our initial video chat, we were convinced D3V was the right candidate to deliver this project. Unlike other options, they had clearly explained capabilities of Google Cloud's suite of tools. D3V’s staff was able to understand the technical complexities of the project and their certified engineers and architects used best practices to ensure competent Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices were followed. In the end, the latency issue was resolved and our team had several new dashboards to help monitor additional attributes. D3V had a genuine interest in communicating and helping us understand the challenges with the requirements and technology limitations.
