Curves (Memphis-Southeast)

This is the BEST Curves location in the country. The staff are friendly and they go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The atmosphere is clean and up-lifting. The equipment is state-of-the-art and easy to use. Curves Memphis is BETTER than a gym because it makes strength-training and weight loss FUN.

The atmosphere is awesome with lots of amazing women all trying to reach the same goal of getting fitter and healthier! The coaches are the best; they constantly help and guide all of us on their fitness journey! Love you guys!

I love going to Curves. I do the specialty courses (Boxing and Body Basics) as well as the circuit. Since starting in the early 2000s, I can tell a real difference in my mobility. Amy and Lauren couldn't be nicer and work hard to help me use the machines correctly. Zumba is great fun, too!

Hey Now!! I just started with this journey 3 days ago!! Even though I have battled with my weight all my life..In addition, I was a Curves member many many years ago.in upper East TN (had to stop due to job relocation) and it has changed so much!! There is Now an update monitoring system where you as well as the coaches can monitor your heart rate in real time.. Also a high tech body scan machine...I was in shock with the total body measurement and readings you get. All in one scan... Who is going to join me on this journey??? I have already signed up...Who is next??? Come now while this Amazing Special is going...It ends July 31,2024. I am ready to Stop gaining and losing the same pounds over and over (😂🤣😂) How about you??? Come one come all! Curves, Amy and Lauren, staff is the best. They are kind, encouraging, informative, helpful, and put safety first. The Curves machines works more then one body part fast, but it takes times to learn how to use the machines.
