As the business manager of a small company, I've struggled in years past finding an IT solutions company that blends well with our needs. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Firefly Technology when I was suddenly without support after a private contractor took a corporate position and dropped us as a client. Adam Jones immediately responded to my request to assess our needs and address recent changes our past contractor put in place prior to his leave. Adam was professional and straight-forward in his review of our current systems, and recommendations for moving forward. I felt more than confident moving forward with Firefly. It's been six months and not only is everything running exponentially more smoothly, we are saving money by no longer paying for unnecessary expenses tied to past solutions. Firefly's technicians are customer-service oriented, handle themselves in a positive and professional manner, and are communicative until issues are fully resolved. Their online support system is top-notch - allowing them to address issues quickly and efficiently, as well as handle invoicing in a timely manner once issues have been addressed. We don't always think about good service we receive until there is an unexpected event. We had an unexpected electrical issue that caused us some IT issues and Firefly was quick, responsive, and very helpful. One of the best decisions I every made was moving all of our IT to Firefly MSP!
