Mine was a terrible experience with Dexter at Complete Software Solutions… I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dexter at Complete Software Solutions. Despite paying him in full on March 22, 2024 at 4pm I have received absolutely nothing in return as of June 11, 2024. Dexter failed to deliver the app I paid him to build and instead, provided a slew of inadequate excuses. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate and request updates, Dexter consistently failed to provide any tangible results or meaningful updates on the agreed-upon work. After 7.5 weeks of waiting, I reached my breaking point and requested a refund of my $3,800, which he agreed to but has yet to refund one penny. At this point, it's evident that Dexter has essentially stolen $3,800 from me, leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my funds. The complete lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability demonstrated by Dexter at Complete Software Solutions is utterly unacceptable. Beware of engaging with this company unless you want to risk being scammed and left empty-handed. Screenshots of correspondence are attached as evidence. 6/15/25: His response a year later are complete lies. He never tried to deliver anything to me. He is a theif, a lier and i’m suing him. Also, do a background check because he is a legit criminal.
