These days it is difficult to find a company with US telephone support. CompanionLink has an excellent support team. They offer several types of support, but still offer free phone support. Although I have had to wait a long time on hold, it is worth waiting for because they always answer my questions, never rush me and email me also. I have dealt with several support people, and they are all great. The only way to sync outlook with google is CompanionLink if you do not have a business paid account with google. I must use outlook calendar for work so this is a lifesaver when i bought an android phone. The iPhone does sync with outlook. This program works very well. I have used the basic version and now the Express version. The only issue i have (I think) is it does not sync outlook notes. I say think, because i have to check with support to find out. If this is the case, you have to use a free app called DejaOffice. Then it works fine. It would be five starts if the price was lower. It is a very good program and a must if you want to sync with google.

The last thing I want to do it keep multiple calendars. For years, I used to sync Outlook and Google using Google's calendar sync. Unfortunately, things change, companies disagree and my way of life is altered. Then I found CompanionLink! These folks live to bridge the gap between the programs we use and the way we use them. Using the CompanionLink for Goggle, I was able to update my online calendar without any fuss. It was quick and easy. I had another issue that a credit for the purchase of CompanionLink for Google was not applied to my order when it should have been. This was fixed with just a quick email to customer service. Katy was very nice in her reply and the issue was fixed within a matter of minutes of them arriving in the office! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this product to anyone!

I was a user of Palm PDA for many years. Palm Desktop fitted my requirements very nicely. When HP stopped manufacturing the PDA I needed a new solution to carry my Diary and Address Book around with me. A smart phone was the obvious solution and I bought a Samsung Android. I spent many hours surfing the net for a product that operated on both a Windows PC and the smart phone. None had exactly the features I wanted. I eventually picked CompanionLink to sync Palm Desktop to Google Contacts and Google Calendar (in the cloud) and then to the phone. It all works very nicely. I had two problems when it stopped working. I requested support from CompanionLink using their website and on both occasions they came back within 24 hours and solved the problem. The reply actually had a human name at the bottom!

CompanionLink is a FANTASTIC program that I have been using for many years. I am thrilled that I am able to sync my Outlook Contacts, Calendar and Memos to my phone. As an attorney, I am using my phone, Calendar and Contacts; so this program is an absolute necessity. What I love about CompanionLink is that the one-time purchase fee grants me frequent updates and literally years of phone technical support. I don't have to look for my answers on a website, but I actually speak to a tech who walks me through everything. All programs have problems, but when you have such phenomenal tech support as CompanionLink, computer problems do not stop me from being able to get my work done. Thank you CompanionLink!

The software is incredibly useful, as I sync with laptop / tablet / phone. It is very stable and reliable, and so worth it to me. Most pleasing is the excellent customer service, which is friendly and knowledgeable. The times I've had any questions, I've consistently had a great experience just by calling them.
