College applications have become more complex since I applied to college. In the case of my family things were further complicated with my twins applying to two very different schools in very different majors. Bonnie's help in navigating this process was invaluable particularly in preparing the various essays required by different schools. She helped to keep my children focused and on track saving us the onerous job of nagging two teenagers. A word of warning is necessary as Bonnie can at times be rather forceful in her approach. I think this reflects her passion for this work but it can be a little overwhelming for some children. However, our experience was that once the children spoke up Bonnie was very quick to modify her style and they have been very comfortable with the process since then. As they both were accepted to their first choice schools, I believe Bonnie's services are well worth the investment in today's very competitive college acceptance environment.

As a junior coming into the college application process, I had no clue what the next year of my life would entail. Luckily, my parents decided to hire Bonnie to help me through the process, seeing as she had helped my brother so much during his application process. As a graduating senior, I can clearly say that Bonnie was vital to my success. I was accepted into 8/9 colleges that I applied to and offered scholarships from schools including NYU, Barnard College, Vassar, and the University of Miami. My academics are strong, but without Bonnie's advising and help, I would not have known where to start and I certainly would not have seen as many acceptances as I did. Bonnie's expertise and insight prepared me and my applicant profile in ways I could never think of, even as the second child in my family applying to college. The college process may seem overwhelming, but with Bonnie's advising, you'll feel highly prepared. There are so many different aspects of applying to college. Bonnie will guide you and your family starting anywhere from helping you chose a fitting high school curriculum to helping you decide which colleges may be right for you. My family and I are incredibly lucky to have found Bonnie and we highly recommend working with her.

I am very happy with the consulting services Dr. Rabin has provided. She was organized, insightful, and empathetic throughout the college application and selection process. She makes sure her clients are educated on choices and aware of their preferences during the process, which really helped to keep me on track.
