I have been working with the CMI team now for nearly 2 years and I directly credit my success to them. They not only provide HR consulting and high level strategy, but they have been my support system when the business world seems like it is swallowing me whole. I have no plans to stop working with CMI and just when I think I have learned all they have to offer, they pivot and provide the framework and knowledge to get us over the never ending hurdles that are associated with small business ownership. Beth and Beverly are absolute professionals and if I could find a better solution to help me run my business I would, the only problem is I haven’t been able to find someone better.
