I called Philantech about a downed portable hard drive. Even though they do not do this work Kelton was quick to send me a list of companies that could recover my data. I really appreciate a business that is willing to help with no compensation. This kind of work ethic says a lot and if I did need their services, I would be confident the job would get done.

These IT guys are great! Super knowledgeable on every issue. They are always prompt to respond when sending emails about issues and always call the same day to help. Patient, even on a Monday, when you are having problems with a password!!! Very responsive and they give status on where they are on your ticket. Work until the problem is resolved. They are the most professional, friendly and responsive IT company I have had the pleasure to work with. If you are in search of an offsite IT company I would highly recommend them. Philtech team is such a pleasure to work with, when they are on site, and a different issue comes up, they are quick to resolve that issue and go back to what they were working on. Such a wonderful team to work with! I have had several issues with my computer from the previous IT company's set up and they have been able to troubleshoot and find the issues. They have responded quickly to the help desk tickets that I have submitted on the behalf of others. I just can not thank them enough for all of their service!
