My associates have told me ClearlyRated was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Customer service was consistently poor, unresponsive, and uninterested in resolving issues once payment was secured. The sales team was aggressively pushy, applying pressure tactics rather than offering substance. What’s worse is that the negative experience wasn’t unique to us. We heard similar complaints from other prospects and peers — aggressive sales behavior, lack of value, and dissatisfaction with the overall process. Feedback from our own prospects was overwhelmingly negative, with many expressing confusion and frustration.For what is being charged, the product is drastically overpriced and delivers very little in return. The value simply does not justify the cost. There are far better, more user-friendly, and significantly cheaper alternatives on the market.This platform is not worth the investment in my view. Based on what we’ve heard from others, we would strongly recommend using a more reputable and cost-effective solution like SurveyMonkey instead.

The close working relationship with the Account Managers has made a huge difference. They take the time to meet with me and talk through challenges or ideas for the future. Everyone, from support to account management to leaders, have all been super friendly and accomodating. They hire great people!

ClearlyRated is a convenient and valid way to demonstrate client and candidate satisfaction with one's staffing agency. Since staffing is a people business, and most staffing firms try to differentiate on service, it is valuable to have independent validation of the quality of service that you provide. ClearlyRated accomplishes this handily, and the survey set up process is straightforward and organized. The reps are also friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with.
