We had the pleasure of Cinegration spec'ing and installing 19 hard-wired Lutron shades throughout our home. The entire staff from sales to installation was focused on figuring out what our goals were, stayed focused on those goals, and executed with impeccable patience, professionalism, consistency, care, and friendliness. Any issues we encountered were handled with excellent customer service and good communication. Would highly recommend and I envision doing business with them again in the future.

We hired Cinnegration through our builder, for our second home in Winter Park. They mounted TVs in all the rooms, built in surround sound, cameras and alarms, keyless door pads on the doors, remote controlled blinds throughout the home, and built in Bose sound system throughout the home. This was not cheap by a long shot, but it is so worth the investment! They were incredibly receptive to everything I needed and had great ideas to share. I relied on them to make the proper choices on certain things- like the blinds- because they have the expertise to know what works and what doesn’t. Their guidance was spot on! We live 1,600 miles away, so I really had to trust them since I could not always be here. They did an awesome job of meeting my schedule of when I was going to be here- every single time I needed them for something. I know they went over and above to accommodate me the best they could. All in all, I would recommend them 1000x over- they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Definitely 5+ stars ⭐️ Rebecca S Winter Park

Highly recommend! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with, had great communication, fair pricing, and were very focused on customer service. Easy to say if nothing goes wrong, but our house was built in 1905 and though the electric has all been updated, they ran into some odd electrical situations behind the wall. Despite addressing those taking an entire extra day and requiring different equipment, they were very amiable and upbeat the entire time. Not only was everything I’d hoped accomplished, but there were several extra things they set up which do even more. The system we had installed was a whole-house Bluetooth controlled lighting system. I’d go back to them in a heartbeat for anything they do!

Once everything was up and running, we were were impressed Cinegration. While their services are definitely on the pricier side, the quality and professionalism made it worth somewhat worth it. The two service technicians who came out were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before they left.

We are repeat customers of Cinegration because of their expertise and excellent service. We really appreciated the efforts Ryan, Chris, Shawn and Brad who made sure we were happy with our home automation.
