Recently, I engaged the Corporate Advisory practice of CCA to assist me with a 5 year succession plan for my business. Their research process was efficient requiring little time on my part. Yesterday, we reviewed the first draft of the plan and they knocked the ball out of the park on every level. The plan was well organized into sections that detailed the current state of the business and the various paths for the future state. They took the time as we walked through the slides to be sure I understood financial concepts such as the valuation methodologies applied and to answer my many questions. I honestly became a little emotional seeing the fruits of my labor over two decades neatly packaged and summarized showcasing the wonderful opportunities ahead for the business. A report such as this is a must have for any business owner! It provides me with clear and achievable benchmarks to significantly increase the value of my business. I look forward to working on an ongoing basis with Mike, Meghan and the CCA team to help realize the full potential of my business for my family and loyal employees.
