That's a terrible company. I had the worst experience ever ! I spent hours and hours studying their guidelines (270+ pages) and taking two exams. After getting my certifications, they told me my account was under review for eligibility to access the client tool. I was confused as they never mentioned such a thing. So I questioned the need for an eligibility check, they did not reply and later they notified me that my application was rejected due to a breach of contract, citing potential issues like VPN use, IP spoofing, or a high fraud score. I strongly denied these accusations and requested evidence. Of course, they did not reply or even bother provide further clarification or evidence regarding the decision.

THEY OWE ME $2,300 IN UNPAID WAGES AND HAVE NOW CHANGED THE PAYMENT DATE 8 TIMES OVER 2 MONTHS!

Scheduled multiple interviews that were canceled at the last minute. The last interview was actually canceled while I was waiting on the call. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. These guys are amateurs and give out fake interviews

Twice now they take weeks to send the compensation that was agreed upon in the contract. last time they sent it like I was buying something from them and it took 3 tries for them to get it right. this time they just simply are blowing me off. been almost a week since I finished the Ring Study and I get no answers to when they are going to hold up their part of the deal. this place is the most unprofessional place I've ever delt with. truly sad. Confusing front desk, sometimes people having their lunch by the front desk. Vendors should arrive early morning to get a parking permit or they have a problem. Rude HR personnel.
