BRIQ is not able to do even the minimum amount of what they promise. We paid them $12K for a year's subscription that was to Start with automating our AP process. In almost 15 months, and way more than a dozen meetings, etc. it never worked right. Even when we'd do some simple tasks of uploading only invoices from the same supplier, it couldn't learn the categories every time. We did nothing but waste our money and a whole lot of time on this. Great ideas, but they don't work. I've personally talked with the founder of the company who promised on several occasions to help us get things working, but it never did. I asked repeatedly for some refund because it never did anything that they told us it would do. $12K in the garbage can, along with a lot of wasted time trying to make it work with their team. If I could give zero stars I would have. BRIQ over promised and severely under delivered. Multiple meetings took place to get the process started. Once the process was "ready" over 10 test were conducted to ensure the AI program was working, it did not. Each test had issues that I was reassured would be fixed. We did not have one test that worked they way BRIQ promised. The AI could not get vendors, job, categories, discount or amounts right. Communicated between the team was lacking. Would takes days if not weeks to hear back. The last communicated email took over a month to get a response. As of this review there is still communication at all. WASTE of TIME and MONEY.

Buyer Beware - While the idea of AI innovation might sound amazing to medium to small size business owners, the reality of its implementation should be heavily scrutinized. This product did not save TIME or MONEY - which is arguably the only reason why anyone would even consider its use. The implementation pitch was WAY over sold and under delivered [As agreed by Bassem CEO-Founder]. If you decide to sign up with Briq - make sure your expectations are CRYSTAL clear...if it sounds too good to be true - it's because it is. Briq leadership is toxic and crass. Their inability to retain staff is further evidence of their disfunction. We paid for products we never even had the chance to utilize, due to the excessively long (7 month) implementation of the bot, and are still being denied a refund. If you're considering Briq - Run hard and FAST!

Purchased Briq to handle AP automation for our company. After 1 month of initial meetings to review our processes and get set up, we found it would not integrate properly with our accounting software. After pursuing different options with their team there was no resolution. They had invested roughly 15 hours of effort and said they would not refund our payment of $8k. The best they could do was offer a $4k credit carried into any future deal signed within the next 3 years which was pointless. Make sure the software will work for you before signing any deal with them as they can be too focused on money.
