Horrible company and horrible owner named Dennis! They don’t stand by their work they lie to charge more fees and did allow a registered sex offender to move in to our apartments. Said they checked the sex offender registry but there’s no way they did. Lost a ton of business due to their negligence and dishonesty. Bonded is a bad screening agency! Go find another company to do your screenings. .

I submitted my application for a full report 6 days ago. The property management company hasn't received the report even though their stated turn around time is 24 hours for a full report. I've called, emailed and submitted a contact form on their site during these 6 days and they won't pick up their phone, call you back if you leave a message or respond to any emails.

Attempted to resolve an issue with a background check. My check bounced unexpectedly due to issues with my financial institution. I made 3 attempts to resolved this debt and have not received a call back. I'm going to attempt to go down in person to resolve this matter but it appears that this business is a complete scam just like everyone else says

I paid for two, my boyfriend and I, that screenings. Neither of our credit reports show that they were accessed, nor were either of our landlord references checked. This was grin a landlord Tom Caldwell who plays the role of bumbling idiot very well.

Have used for 10+years for rental inquiries and Bonded Data has always done a fantastic job! Timely and trustworthy.
