Beyond20 - ITIL Training and ITSM Consulting in Phoenix

I recently took the ITIL Foundations course from Beyond20 in Tempe, AZ. Our instructor David was excellent! He was personable, and presented the material in a manner that made it very easy to digest. There was a lot of information to cover, but he still managed to give several real world examples as well as helpful tips for the exam. The facility that hosted the training was very accommodating, and I would recommend Beyond20 to anyone. Thanks!

Cherwell Software recently sponsored an ITIL training through Beyond 20. Overall, it was a great experience for us. We had almost 40 students complete the training and every one of us passed the exam and are now ITIL Foundations certified. This is a huge benefit to our company. Andy Rivers was our instructor. He did a fantastic job of presenting material and keeping us engaged in the training. The workbook was also a valuable resource as we studied for the exam, as well as for future reference.

My colleagues and I just recently finished the ITIL foundations course and exam with Beyond 20. Our instructor was Erika Flora, and she was excellent! I often find it irritating when and instructor just reads from the course text, and that was not the case here. Erika was able to teach the material to show how it was applicable in real world settings. This ensured better retention, and I firmly believe this was a large contributing factor for why we passed the exam. I would highly recommend using Beyond 20 in the future for any ITIL exams.

I took the ITIL Foundation training from Beyond20. The instructor was easy to understand, gave great examples and worked us all through what to expect and how to handle the certification test. Erika Flora was a fantastic trainer. She made the information easy to understand and she has an very in-depth knowledge on the subjects she teaches. She is great at keeping the class engaged during the sessions. I would recommend using Beyond20 to everyone and if you can get her to do the training!
