We had a great experience. I was worried after reading some reviews about the turnaround time for the report, but it only took a few weeks. Our evaluator was fantastic and so patient with my little boy. I will recommend to friends and family!

We had the best experience at this that we have ever had. My child has been going to the neurologist since age 9 and is not a high school senior. We got so much help from this office. We didn’t receive our complete evaluation after a few months and had to call back for them. But overall we are so thankful to know things that we did not before. Mi Childs GPA went from a 1.9 to a 2.3 after they got the help they were seeking. Thank you so much!

We scheduled a psychological evaluation for our son six weeks ago. On that day (six weeks ago), we spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed that the insurance information we submitted completely was accepted. A copy of the card was submitted online. Since then, we spent about 45 minutes completing paperwork online. Three business days before the appointment, we get an email that says our appointment was canceled due to paperwork not being completed and our insurance not being verified. The email with the paperwork stated that it must be completed 24 hours prior to the appointment or else the appointment would be canceled. The paperwork was submitted. We still have three business days until the appointment. I have to call to find out what the issue is. Due to a glitch in THEIR website, our insurance was never verified, and insurance must be verified two weeks prior to the appointment. I gave them the information...six weeks ago. They confirmed that it was accepted on the phone...six weeks ago. Yet, they canceled the appointment and sent us an email without even the courtesy of a phone call explanation. Then, I find out that we were scheduled for a tele-health evaluation, even though the email confirmation provided the address to arrive for the in-person appointment that I intended to schedule. My son must have the evaluation done over winter break to avoid missing school. This is why I scheduled for that particular day, and this is why I planned ahead and scheduled six weeks ago. So instead of them working to correct THEIR error, they tell me that they are "pretty booked up" for the next few weeks and the next in-person appointment available is in the beginning of February. Six weeks ago, I could have scheduled the evaluation with another practice had I known that this one was not going to be reliable. Now, they suddenly checked our insurance, and we're now mysteriously out of network and would have to pay the full $1000 cost out of pocket. Interesting...because it was accepted when I asked about it on the phone six weeks ago.

The dr seemed to be great. But I got conflicting answers on how long it takes for the report to come back from the dr himself and the office. I was told by the dr the report would be done by end the day and I would have it in the next few days. The office is claiming 4 to 6 weeks. We are already 4 and half weeks in and still no report. My child pediatrician is surprised at the time it takes to make these reports. He said he usually receives them within a week after testing is done from other places.

One of the worst experiences from a medical facility. Paid $1,000 for psycho evaluation for my daughter, because insurance doesn’t cover it. 1. Was told 6-8 weeks for results. Took about 6 months! 2. It’s very hard for someone to answer phone or even return your phone call even after leaving voicemails. 3. When I finally got report it was sent via email. I tried calling emailing several times to get someone to go over the results with me last and only thing I was told was that psychiatrist doesn’t due therapy anymore. Still no one went over results with me! It just seems like they don’t care about patients at all! So at the end I was stuck with a report and with more questions than answers. I’m having to take my daughter get evaluated somewhere else and pay again.
