Tony went above and beyond to help us solve an issue on a weekend. Not only is he super knowledgeable but we can’t say enough about the service after installing equipment.

We hired this company to help us set up a connect 4 at our new house. I was told they would send someone out with no quote of cost. The guy came, was at the house for two hours and then ultimately was unable to finish set up. Months later we received a bill for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I know it was a generous assumption they did this as a free service, but I think it should be standard practice to quote before sending someone AND to offer a quote before staying for a few hours. Not to mention the service we needed was never completed. Super disappointing.
