ASC and their team has been outstanding. From initial quoting they really listened to my specific situation and developed solutions that fit my specific needs and requirements. The helpdesk support has been great as well - very responsive, friendly, and effective.

We've been a customer of ASC for a very long time. In fact, we were their very first customer. Shawn and all of his staff provide exceptional service and are very easy to work with. They are very responsive when we call with an issue and get us taken care of quickly. As a retail tire and automotive business, we rely on our computer and phone systems to always work, and ASC keeps them running. The trust we have in them has been built through open communication and consistency. I recommend ASC to anyone and everyone needing an amazing IT company.

Chris at Automated Systems is wonderful to deal with. I work for a company who uses them and he is always available to answer any questions I might have. From switching computers around the office area, any IT issues I might have, Remote connection issues or even directing me to where I need to go to change something. I can normally just send him a message and hear back the same day. On top of that, he's personable, friendly and nice enough to have a conversation even if it isn't work related. 5+/5 :)
