Automated Office Systems

We were a loyal customer for a number of years, but the service just got worse and worse and the fees were very expensive. The final straw was when we were going to move office suites and they told us the entire new suite would need to be rewired. When the landlord confronted them, they admitted that they were completely wrong and the work did not need to be done. They do not appreciate their customers. Take your business elsewhere. If you do business with AOS, you will regret it.

The technician, who goes by the name of Lucker, serviced our copier fantastically! He was very kind and professional from the start. He went out of his way to solve our copier issues, and even came back later on to address another issue with the copier. I highly recommend this company, and Lucker as well.

Random person from the office who just started working there called us! Very rude and unprofessional! Asking questions and not having enough knowledge to back up the question! I am not sure if the owner or the management know about this individual! You could tell how much Michelle hates her job!

Nobody answers the phone not sure how they get customers.
