Extremely unreliable and poorly built equipment, they used rivnuts instead of just tack welded nuts or threading the plate steel, absolutely horrific support when the equipment inevitably fails, haven’t heard back on replacement parts that were supposed to ship 2 months ago, all of the employees including the owner are ghosting me on parts I ordered in January. The equipment design was completely illogical as well, way more complicated than it should ever be, absolute junk equipment and support, everything they supplied has failed and has had to be reverse engineered and re engineered.
