I "acquired" ABR when Greg Coyle of Coyle Printers sold his company to them. Greg was an amazing partner to me for many years and when ABR took over everything good ended. The very worst part about ABR is how they treated me when I closed my office and decided to go remote to save money in a very slow year. My sales rep Jeffrey Varner treated me terribly. I have the rude emails from him to back this up. First he offered to pick up the printer for $295 which is already crazy high to move 4 miles but then he said he was too busy to pick it up.

The Team at ABR is next to none! Whether it is sales or service, it all is outstanding. We have bought several machines from them along with their service agreements and have been very happy with everything. The real value is the business relationship we have with them!

We have been community partners with ABR for over 16 years. They are responsive to any questions or needs we have, their staff is always helpful and the products are very dependable.
