I had the privilege to do my Coach Training with Kathleen. Her unique and powerful program does not just simply train coaches. I had an amazing experience with the Certified Authentic Leadership Coach training program. It was so much more than I expected. The instructors are terrific--experienced, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and encouraging. There is a breadth of reading required, which stretches the reader to consider diversity of thought. The topics covered are relevant and applicable and you will learn more about yourself than you ever could have anticipated, so that you can authentically help others. My peers were a diverse, intelligent and motivated group that continues to support one another. I can't say enough about what Kathleen has created at ALA.
