Google Reviews
Avoid this company. They lure candidates in with a vague, multi-step interview process that never clearly explains the role. Once hired, it becomes obvious the position is strictly sales—nothing more, despite how it’s framed during recruitment. They advertise a minimum pay, but if you don’t earn that amount through sales, the difference is deducted from future paychecks. There is constant talk about “growth” and “development,” but it feels performative rather than genuine. A large part of the job involves approaching and interrupting shoppers at stores like Walmart and Target while they’re just trying to shop—an experience that feels uncomfortable for both employees and customers. This is likely why the company keeps its name hidden on Indeed, making it difficult for former employees to leave honest reviews or warn others. The workplace culture favors a very specific frat-style “bro” environment. If you don’t fit that mold, you’re pushed out. Accommodations for disabilities are not meaningfully considered or supported. The expectation is that employees have no outside life and can fully conform to the company’s lifestyle and demands. Kat, part of management, presents herself as supportive, but that support disappears the moment you stop generating revenue. If you’re not making her money, you’re treated as disposable. Loyalty and care feel conditional and purely transactional rather than human
In the last couple years, being around Atlas and the people they bring into their orbit has changed my life for the better. The mentorship has been unparalleled , I am hitting all my goals, and I am changing my life for the better. If anyone is looking to build momentum and learn to be a winner, this is the place for you
This company will not leave me alone. I never applied there and for the last 4 months they have been harassing me almost every day. I have texted back the recruiter numerous times telling her different things. I already have another job. I never applied to this job in the first place. I am not interested in the opportunity. One time a very rude comment was made back to me. The other times I was told thanks and to have a nice day. Now last week I notified the same recruiter yet again to leave me alone after receiving another text. I asked kindly to be taken off whatever list you have and not be contacted further. Obviously I am asking for too much because what do you know.... I have another e mail from you guys. After I asked the recruiter to leave me alone. Stop contact me. Stop harassing people to work for you. Stop making your job position seem better then it is. It is nothing more then door to door sales. Be transparent about what the job really is. And take me off your lists.
This company claimed I sent my resume to them, even though I did not. I responded to emails asking them to stop contacting me, and in return, they started texting me and calling me. When I talked to a woman on the phone, I hadn't even got through a sentence and she hung up on me. Then no one answered the phone again. But now I have the address for here and will be making a trip to the office to make sure I am not contacted anymore. But I shouldn't have to drive all the way there for something I did not sign up for.
Keeps claiming that I applied for a job through them. I haven't. Their "Account Manager" or whatever they call it is a fancy word for door-to-door sales. They've gotten so persistent that I've blocked their numbers and added their emails to spam. Also making their employees write positive reviews; most of these reviews are fake.
