Athens Micro has always gone above and beyond with the service, professionalism, and interactions with us. The local engineer Jared Henry is always available to assist. They have taken the IT stress away from us so we can focus on our mission in the Savannah area.

I really appreciate the fact that their techs are so willing to teach you. I feel like that is a fantastic resource to be able to troubleshoot on your own if you have that knowledge and feel confident that AMC will be there if you need assistance.

My last experience was so awesome I wrote a diatribe to the office. I had John helping me and he went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care. He had what I call anticipatory service meaning anything that might become an issue he went ahead and resolved. It's rare today to find this type of employee and I made sure to let them know they had a great ambassador for their company with John.
