ATS is a great company and we really value their work. Hands down every time we call them we know the jobs going to be done right. James (Technician) Was sent out for the Last two service calls, and without a doubt was able to take care of us. He’s truly a great technician. I’m not just saying that because he comes up with solutions and even point us in the right direction. He doesn’t just say I’m done and walk away like some of the other companies out here! ATS technician James Furnish provided us with fantastic support. His technical aptitude and communication skills make him the perfect man for the job. He helped us resolve both server side and hardware issues quickly with minimal frustration and provided guidance to prevent future issues. James knows our system, and when we have an issue he will troubleshoot until he figures out what is wrong. He takes the time to explain the problem and has shown me a few things i can do to fix simple things myself.

From card access to IP camera, P.A. systems to burgelar alarms they find professional solutions to technical needs and execute their installations flawlessly. From my own personal experience residential or commercial they will find a solution to your technical issues. New system design to old system resurrection ATS will get the job don't right.
