Assembly Required

Recently went through an exercise where one of my ventures was determining how to bring practical adoption of AI and Automations into the workflows of our multi-city team. We had disparate systems set up by regional champions working to integrate AI capabilities into our technology stack. Candidly, this generated complexity, confusion and I'm fairly certain we had uncertainty about data management. The team at Assembly Required were patient and focussed on determining specifically what outcome we needed to both train and adopt these new technologies. But more importantly, they built in a phased approach to modernization, while also making sure we had a clear plan to train our people in these new tools, and make sure we understood that these technologies were here to serve our business. It was real work, and their development team surprised us with thoughtful attention to details to make sure that our business gained real competitive advantage. Ultimately, this one business has gained a force multiplier in products and tools by working with Shaynah Godlien and Vince O'Gorman on developing a strategic solution to upgrade and scale this particular company.
