I liked their website and used their address to ship a product. Later, as I examined their site, I noticed they didn't have an 'envelope' option. I then emailed the company I bought the product from three times on Saturday and Sunday. Despite everything, the envelope was shipped on Monday. And this envelope was mistakenly sent... Meanwhile, I contacted the company and explained that I had only recently realized there was no 'envelope' option on their website. I asked if it was possible to ship the envelope to another city within the US and what the price would be. (I had already told them what product was inside the envelope.) The representative in Turkey said they would find out the cost of shipping the envelope to another US city once their US office opens. The first emails they sent said: "Sending the product inside the envelope is prohibited!" I asked: "You're sending it within the US, is that prohibited too?" Then another email said: "Aa, we can send it, we'll send it to you for 18 USD." Instead of researching the shipping cost for another city, these poor, clueless people started researching whether they could ship the product to Turkey. I said: "You were shipping to a city within the US?" (Note: Intra-US envelope postage is between $0.55 and $0.70). Of course, with prices so cheap, they said, "AAA, unfortunately, we can't ship within the US!!!" :) And they insisted on shipping to Turkey. Despite the US local postage cost being $1.15 for shipping to Turkey, and despite their website not offering envelope shipping, they insisted on charging me $18 for 1KG of product. Result: A company so greedy that they insist on shipping a 20g envelope for the price of 1KG of product.... If you want to feed the hungry, go ahead and work...

They claimed to have canceled my order in November 2019, but despite the cancellation, they still charged my credit card. They took 3400 TL from me. If you do not return this amount to my account as soon as possible, I will exercise all my legal rights and sue you.

They don't respond on WhatsApp. Initially, they would reply, apologizing for the delay, etc., then they sent a voice message. They even openly admitted they pay bribes to customs. AMERICANPAKETIM.COM is a scam company. I was scammed. If you check şikayetvar.com (a Turkish complaint website), you'll see hundreds of people who have been scammed. Don't let others become victims; never shop there! They'll take all your money!!!
