Have been a customer for 6 years and cannot wait to sever ties. The communication breakdowns are crippling. The staff I worked with didn't seem to talk to each other and seemed to assume that their minds could be read. Things were not awful at the start, lots of promises from management. Be wary.

Have worked with Applied Tech for a few years, service is always good. First time I've spoken with Andrew, on 1/31, and he was completely efficient and helpful. Took the time to get to the bottom of my issue, which needed a few suggestions in order to be corrected. Was super friendly and easy to talk with. Appreciate the assistance very much!

Like all of the other folks at applied tech who support us, Nathan showed his competence by quickly assessing my problem, and implementing resolution. This would have been enough. Instead, he took extra steps to make sure I could perform all of my functions and also updated the driver on my network adapter. He stayed with me until we were sure that everything was correct.

Jasmine was AMAZING! She helped me figure out exactly what I needed for a shared mailbox to assist the Support Center Training Team with our new hire external emails. She didn't rest until she made it work!! She is truly a GEM! Thank you so much Jasmine
