Red Pepper Software recently engaged Dale Richards at Swattage in a discovery of our internal operations. Through a survey, using the Delphi method, the Swattage team was able to capture recurring themes mentioned by our staff and offer an unbiased opinion and perspective on ways to improve. We were anxious and very excited to receive the recommendations and actionable items that will push Red Pepper Software to be even better and continue to grow. Dale and his team were wonderful and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism throughout the process. Dale motivates us to deliberately improve the way we operate and we look forward to putting these actionable items in practice. It's nice to have a fresh lightbulb turned on as we look to the future.

A 2 hour micro session with Dale was just what we needed to focus in on our new project. Looking forward to executing, and working with Swattage to get set for Phase 2!
