API Digital

API Digital is a company that assists ISP's with their Customer Support for their End Users. They also monitor the customer's equipment as well as work directly with the ISP to monitor their hardware and software. They have another section (Systems N) that works directly with business' to do tech support as well as provide monitoring solutions, while allowing the customer to choose to use their own equipment or Systems N's. API also have their own NOC which is useful for storing equipment. The company has good and bad, and depending how you look one could be more then the other. The good, would be consistency, yet able to become malleable when needed. They make direct proccess' for all of their customers, and make it easy for on boarding companies to get setup and go. The bad would be the fact that they are so consistent that some process' and setup's can be a bit stagnate. Thus sometimes things that could be done faster, or better, is usually dismissed due to costs or time requirements. The employee wise is probably where I won't say much in the review as it is not needed for general public to know the pro's and con's, but I will say that certain dedicated members of API's staff goes above and beyond some others, and everyone at API knows the names of those staff members. Highly > Moderately recommended for tech enthusiasts that need to be trained fast and a extensive amount of experience in a short amount of time.
