AOW Managed IT Services & Network Support Charlotte

We are relatively new with AOW, but so far, the experience has been very good. Our company relocated to Charlotte recently and we wanted to work with a local IT company that provided excellent value and would be quick to come help us in-person when we have a problem since our old provider was in WI. Shawn and his team have done well to get us up and running quickly and have been very responsive in resolving the few issues we've had along the way. They have also been able provide good advice on setting up corporate standards for the equipment we will use across the company in the coming years. As I said, we've been with AOW just a couple months but our experiences up to this point have been consistently positive. I would definitely recommend their services to other small/medium companies like us.

Shawn Miller & the AOW Staff have been nothing short of exceptional throughout our partnership. Working with Shawn closely over the past ~18-months has been refreshing to say the least. As a business owner myself, I’m often reliant on third party service providers to provide timely support as I focus on delivering our own service for our Clients. That includes support like: Accounting Services, IT, Software Development, Lawyers, the similar. Placing trust in the wrong third party support can prove costly - a loss of time, money ($), business progress, etc. We endured this with our previous IT Provider. Fortunately, Shawn was able to quickly deconstruct our predicament & get us on the right track. Since then, Shawn & his team have continued to quickly iterate to support our growing needs - upgrading + tuning infrastructure to support hundreds of devices, high volumes of uploads/downloads (4K Video, Content Production), custom configurations for nuance tech, the similar. Shawn's proven to be an ASSET in this process. We fully intend to lean on AOW for essential tech support for years to come. All this to say, I cannot recommend Shawn and his team more. My only gripe is that I didn't start my Business IT Experience with AOW. Thanks again for all you do to support TREAD, Shawn & AOW Team!
