I unfortunately canceled my subscription. For the Last 3 plus weeks I've been unable to access my account. After Multiple multiple times trying and finally Emailing and Trying to chat. Which is an Absolute joke. Last try to get access. Finally got in . I canceled subscription that I've paid for over the last year. No Real reason to continue paying for the subscription and not getting anything out of it. May have better luck myself. Atleast I will get my Adds done semi right. Idk if it's just me or its the App. But rewriting and posting the Correct products with the correct description was a weekly pain anyway.

I own a metaphysical business. It shows photos of crystals that are purple yet described Amethyst Vogel which was not in the photos at all. It made a video about other products also not in the photos. This system seems to lack the intelligence aspect. 2 weeks now; I used 1 ad and I had to heavy edit and change out photos and text.

I keep having to go in there and fix the photos rearrange my photos keep adding the photos that I put in there. I have to argue with the computer system all the time about my photos about the text. $40 a month is too much for this advertisement company that says it makes your life easier it is made my life and my business life so much harder and I am willing to write as many ones are reviews as I can. I've had nothing but bad experience with this and I've tried to make it easy or on the computer system and it seems to pick and choose the photos it wants to use instead of using the photos that you pick in the order that you pick them in. I keep telling them how to improve I keep putting my input in and nothing is happening nothing is changing use this advertisement app or website at your own risk

This program is to expensive, you have to do way to much editing and replacing pictures. $40 is way to much for this program. I have had to do way to much editing the last few times I have used this program. Today I spent more time in the chat room telling it that I didn't do it's job right and that it was lying. I picked out 10 pictures in the order that I wanted them in, and the program kept saying that it used all the pictures, and I would check and it didn't. I would watch the videos and the words won't align with the pictures. I didn't use all ten I would only use 5 or 6 of the pictures I picked out. Use this program at your own risk. As a small business woman I thought using this program would make my life easier, and it's not. Why upload pictures to the library if they aren't going to use them. Or why put new products up if the aren't going to do a mixture of both new and old?

I've been using Alkai for a couple of months now and have really enjoyed the experience. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. While it does have some limitations, it largely serves its purpose well. I would definitely recommend it!
