Marco did a risk assessment test for our company which was painless and then shared the findings with us. He delivered his findings in a comprehensive yet easy to understand manner and helped us identify some high priority items to focus on. I enjoyed working with him as he takes the time to understand where your priorities lie and then works with you to deliver the best analysis possible.

I’ve been using Alcala for a few years now, so this review is long overdue. Plain and simple, Alcala is THE BEST! They have always been there for me and my company and have never failed us. These guys are simply AMAZING! I’ve had them work on many things for us from restoring computers to getting our organization fully secure, office 365 management, email issues, password management, etc. You name it, these guys can do it. There is nothing that they haven’t been able to do for us. They can do it all and they are totally responsive and very timely. IT is very complex and can be very time consuming, but these guys have full knowledge and the expertise needed to tackle any issues that one may have. In business since 2005 and nearly ten years ago, met Marco and his team, after being terribly disappointed with yet another IT vendor long on promises and short on delivery. I can without hesitation say that hiring Alcala as our IT support is one of the top five things I've ever done for my business, and without a doubt, part of our operational and financial success is directly due to the advice, support and knowledge behind Alcala and its team members. Every staff person we've ever interacted with has been a true IT professional, and we're not talking just computers - they handle our voice, internet, hardware, software, and much more. They are very forward-thinking, and when they take on projects, they are thinking not only about today but also five years from now. There is nothing IT-related that they have not handled for us. They monitor our systems including our remote access systems 24/7; and yes, when we've had those occasions where they were needed after hours or on the weekend or holiday, they were there. 24/7 is not just lip service with them; they truly do staff around the clock. When it was time to migrate to 365, they did it seamlessly. I can't find one less-than-flattering thing to say about them. Full disclosure: they are not the cheapest out there. However, I learned the hard way years ago that you generally get what you pay for. With Alcala, we get 24/7 IT support at the highest quality level. As long as we are in business, we will count Alcala as one of our critical vendors.
