Mr. Heyder is a licensed mold inspector and certified in asbestos testing. He was professional, informative and very knowledgeable. Booked a next day walkthrough with him and he sent out tests same day. I had also had concerns that he addressed in a professional and timely manner. He was available to answer questions and square away next steps right away! Thank you!

Dietrich Heyder's services were outstanding. He was very professional and ensured we were well informed throughout every step of the inspection process. Dietrick arrives at my residence and was prompt, he entered our home and immediately discussed pricing. His initial quote of $425 to test our air in our home soon escalated to $1700! for room to room air testing which was my initial reason to call him to test. The test he did for $624 dollars equated to taking 2 Q-tip swabs of our HVAC, which totaled of about 10 minutes he was in my home. So to calculate an hourly rate at $624 for 10 minutes it equals $3744 per hour! Just alerting all of you to inflated pricing, also the invoice he provided included but not disclosed in the initail $425 quoare was $110 for fedex shipping fee for 2 Q-tips to a lab in Florida and $14.00 for tolls ( which I have no idea where in VAB 14$ is a reasonable toll, unless you are going to the CBBT) and a $75.00 trip fee!! ( that is atleast 2 tanks of gas) In my opinion these charges are way over inflated and be sure to question every charge! He is not someone I will ever contact again! Beware!!

I had movers come to start packing my residence and claimed my residence had mold and stopped all work. I called Air Quality Consultants and Mr. Dietrich quickly responded the following morning and took samples of air and swabs. He also explained the whole evolution of how the process worked. The respond time was amazing, only took the close of one business day. Results came back amazing and no mold present. This alleviated a lot of stress and I can begin my move again. Very professional and quick with solutions! I was very pleased with the overall work!

Mr. Heyder knows what he’s doing and he’s the most on-time, conscientious, service-oriented professional I’ve met recently. He gets in and gets the work done. He didn’t disturb us at all. There’s a fee for overnight delivery of the samples, but I assume that’s good for protecting the sample quality. And it’s fast—he sends a written report with results, practically immediately.
