I just used 2 seconds of their service but decided to cancel my subscription and requested for refund. Attached is their response. Never ever will come back to them again

I was very disappointed and recommend using a different service. The image to video generation was subpar for my needs and you're limited on the number of videos you can generate as you are given a set amount of credits per month based on your plan. The cancellation policy is not favorable to the customer as once you try the service, you can't be refunded even if you find it to be unsatisfactory. If the company had a better refund policy, I would have given them a higher rating.

Awful product, worst money I have ever spent. Don’t not get scammed out of your money by there promises of top of the line AI art it is a huge lie. Site is almost impossible to navigate to cancel your subscription 10/10 do not recommend

Very bad services.. they continue to charge after they delete your account ... They dont give any refund. Totally scammer

please consider I like this site . I woud to offer it for educational and social media purposes for the folliwing reasons additional avatar are needed in the form of a speaker, teacher,trainer ect there are few features like 3d videos everywhere education literature,songs etc until then it would be desirable to keep the fee under 10 dalor
