Affiliated Resource Group - Columbus IT Support & Services

Over the last few years, I have used Affiliated Resource Group services. During that time, I have worked with several of their engineers and have found them all to be very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I give a special shout out to Jason! He has been very patient and accommodating, assisting and walking me through and solving complicated technical issues. ARG is a 6 on a 1 - 5 scale.

Just got off a call with Jason. What an incredible asset he is to your organization. I am a bit older and technology always gives me some anxiety. Jason was so kind and thorough and walked me through the process I needed to update my computer. Kudos to Affiliated for hiring such great people!!!

Affiliated has always been ready, willing and able to help with even the easiest (silliest from me) computer questions. After our server had an issue, their staff came out and addressed all of the laptops individually and helped us access our information in a fashion where it was more readily available. We would be truly lost without them. Everyone at Affiliated is very helpful and very nice to talk to. We're happy and lucky to work with them.
